OUR DAYCARE FACILITY

Pet Recess Inc., boasts 3,000 square feet of climate-controlled indoor play area, huge outdoor play areas full of fun toys, and climbers. In the summer months, the dogs enjoy splashing in our wading pools. It’s more like doggie day camp here in the summertime than daycare.

The Daycare Schedule

For your benefit, we have work-friendly hours Monday through Friday. Work a full day and still get back in time to pick up your best pal on the way home. Drop your dog off for daycare as early as 6:30 a.m. After a fun-filled morning of play, all the dogs take a well-earned rest in the nap room from noon to 2 p.m. Daycare hours end at 7 p.m. Any dog not picked up by 7 p.m. will be boarded overnight, and additional fees will apply. Saturday hours are from 8am-5pm.

Please note that no drop-offs or pickups are allowed between 12-2pm for nap time. Shhhhhhhhh!

Breed Restrictions

Due to our liability insurance, Pet Recess is unable to allow Pit Bulls or Pit Mixes to take part in daycare; however, we welcome them to come in for day boarding or overnight boarding.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does my dog have to be fixed?
We require dogs to be spayed/neutered by the age of 6 months. Intact dogs are welcome to do private play.
We accept most breeds however we do have certain restrictions set by our insurance company.
Yes. The dogs are only crated for nap time which is between 12-2pm.
We boast a climate controlled indoor play area. Heated in winter and air conditioned during the summer.
No we do not have toys as some dogs display possessive tendencies and can be reactive if another dog tries to steal a toy from them. However there are lots of climbers and fun activities for them instead plus staff who will supervise play.
